It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough.

Je suis déçue

C'est une auberge, pas un hôtel avec tout ce que cela comporte. C'est donc une grande maison où le RDC est utilisé pour l'accueil, la salle de restauration d'un côté et la salle de petit déjeuner et bar de l'autre. A l'étage, se trouvent les chambres. L'auberge est tenue par un couple. Madame s'occupe des repas et monsieur se charge de l'accueil courtois, du service, des encaissements... Bref c'est dépaysant, calme, déconnecté. Certains détails ne me satisfont pas comme la plonge qui fonctionne porte ouverte en plein service, le wifi qui ne vous est communiqué que si vous le demandez alors qu'il n'y a pas de réseau, les toiles d'araignées un peu partout dans la maison, le papier toilette 1er prix, un seul verre pour une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Avec ces détails pour moi le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas le bon. Cependant au regard des autres avis et des autres notes, ça ne reste que mon avis. La suite avec salle de bain attenante n'a pas la même définition si vous êtes dans un hôtel ou dans une auberge. A 106€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner offert, je m'attendais à autre chose... Les chambres sont authentiques, sans fioritures et sans extravagance, d'ailleurs sans télévision. Ici c'est une auberge, notre chambre ressemblait à celle de ma grand mère avec les toiles d'araignées. On y dort bien, au calme. La salle de bain est basique, Le repas est très bon, les aliments travaillés sont de bonne qualité. Le rapport qualité-prix du repas est correct.

Authentiek en mooi gelegen hotel in de Auvergne. Eenvoudig maar cosy, super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Lekkere keuken en heerlijk ontbijt met een subtiele 'Hollandse' touch.

Hôtel de dépannage.

Petit hôtel de campagne, petite chambre, literie confortable, salle de bain agréable. Pas de télévision dans la chambre. Accueil compliqué car pas de personnel à l'arrivée. Attente de presque une heure avant de pouvoir y accéder.

Très bonne adresse au calme et dans un environnement préservé. La localisation permet de rayonner pour découvrir cette belle région avec les conseils avisés si besoin des propriétaires. Propreté exemplaire, accueil attentionné, qualité des repas. La chambre est confortable et très bien pensée au niveau de l’espace avec une salle de bains spacieuse et fonctionnelle et un petit coin salon très « cosy ».

Très bon hôtel

Ambiance chaleureuse. Très bon restaurant à un prix tout à fait correct. Très bon accueil. La chambre est propre. Seul petit bémol : le wifi un peu léger et l'insonorisation de la chambre mais rien de ridibitoire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

auberge très sympathique, dépaysante et conviviale. Restaurant charmant avec sa cheminée et bonne cuisine repas fait maison tout a prix abordable. Chambre et salle de bain pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants spacieuse et propre. Avons passez un agréable séjour.

un havre de paix confortable

Nous sommes allés passer un petit week end au ski et nous avons été accueilli par l'auberge de la providence où le calme et la sérénité sont maitres mots un lieu rempli de générosité et de simplicité avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables

Bon séjour en Auvergne

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre ressourçant et très calme. Les propriétaires de l'auberge sont très gentils, accueillants et serviable. La chambre était simple mais très propre et bien équipée, tout ce que l'on recherchait. Très bonne expérience.
