Un accueil terrifiant

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© la chambre par internet. J’ai attendu d’avoir la confirmation. Une fois reçu, je suis arrivĂ© Ă  17h pour prendre la chambre. La personne Ă  l’accueil m’a expliquĂ© tranquillement qu’elle navait plus de chambre et que malgrĂ© la rĂ©servation confirme je ne pouvais pas rester dormir. J’ai rappelĂ© le soir pour savoir si j’allais ĂȘtre dĂ©bitĂ© elle ne savait pas, j’attends donc. Il n y avait plus d’hĂŽtel dispo, j’ai dĂ» me faire un aller retour de 200 km pour redescendre dans le sud. Franchement vu l’amabilitĂ© de la personne Ă  l’accueil et les explications louches des sur rĂ©servation de son patron, vaut mieux aller ailleurs...

Une nuit catastrophique

SĂ©jour horrible. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© via hotel.com et en arrivant il n'y a airbus en fait aucune chambre de disponible. Il a fallu parler et nĂ©gocier avec E le gardien pendant plus de 20 minutes avant qu'on nous disent finalement quine chambre Ă©tait disponible mais non "faite" en grosnpas de mĂ©nage et pas de draps propres. Étant donnĂ© que nous devions prendre l'avion tres tĂŽt le lendemain que nous Ă©tions arriver dans la nuit, nous avons fait le lit nous mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©s de payer la chambre. Si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises choisissez un autre hotel
