The girl who worked at reception was really nice and friendly, however when we booked it said there was AC and we got there there was no AC and it was the hottest day of the year. It was a little far from the airport and Paris city center but overall it was a decent place to stay.

i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us.

I only stayed for 2 nights to go the a kocal "attraction". The property is easy to find and I was greeted by a lovely young man who came out to tell me where to park, which was a covered carpark, at a charge, which is fine. The actual property feels like some sort of shabby student accomadation though. Bits of paper stuck on walls, filthy corridors and the rooms are tiny with a dirty little kitchenette type thing. Mext time I will double my budget and advise anyone to do at least the same.

I loved the layout of the space. We are traveling with our Adult Children. The 2 bedrooms and separate Kitchen and Living room made them even more comfortable! Unfortunately, this place is HOURS from the places we wanted to go.

No frills, huge place, great location

It's so big! Three sleeping areas, a bathroom with a tub, and a cooking area. We were very happy that we could spread out and have space. It has dedicated parking, is close to cool sights in Versailles, short drive from Paris.

Very hard to find the entrance because buses were blocking it. Bugs, dust, and crumbs under the bed. No freshly new shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or hand soap. All that was left was the leftovers of the previous guest who had stayed there. We found some next door in a open room with cleaning buckets and found the bottles on the floor. Good size room overall.

Property is near to highways and near the center of Paris by car, a 30 minute drive can take you to all the sights you want to see in Paris. Except for one employee it was easy to communicate in english. There are some maintenance issues like locks on door and sliding closet doors need to work better. If you're using this property for a few nights like we did, it is a good place to saty, near versailles palace and near supermarkets, overall not a 5 stars place but convenient and clean. I would revisit.

We had a room with kitchen amenities for a week. There were no clean towels or sheets changed for the time we were there, no ice, no air conditioning in the room although we did get two small fans which did not provide much relief. During our stay there were riots outside the hotel, lots of damage and loud noise and smoke. Very scary, no one informed us what was happening, and we did not sleep that night . Poor customer relations

It's too far from Paris downtown, but cute suburb!

The reception staff was excellent, very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet needs some variety. Every day the same. We stayed there for a week, At the end, we couldn't stomach the same stale food anymore. The last three day in the hall leading to our room, there was a big spot on the floor that was not cleaned. On our last night, we went to town to experience the 14 of July celebrations at the Eiffel Tower. We returned around 2 AM needing to use the bathroom. My son went ahead and use the room and I proceeded to use the reception bathrooms. I could not. One of the employes started telling me, very upset, something in French. He talked to fast for my minimal French. I tried to explain to him that I was a guest and told him so in English, French, and Spanish. He continued to speak very fast and upset, so I decided to go to my room and use the bathroom up there.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Shady owners need to know not doing the right thing should cost them far more than $150 dollars they earned while never allowing us to enter This owner was unresponsive. I booked night of and the listing said after 4pm check out through no end time was okay. We were planning to arrive late. I felt like the listing upon booking meant this would work. After booking automated communication said we have to contact the owner greater than 24 hours. Obviously that couldn’t apply in our situation. We arrived at the property and contacted the owner. There wasn’t a working phone number and they never responded. I didn’t wait around forever as it was late and I needed to get my kids to bed. When I tried getting a refund which I think this was a very reasonable situation the owner should have recognized they didn’t respond to us or communicate. The owner has refused to refund. Very poor practice. Please don’t rent here. Support fair practices

we are there for 2 days day we went there start getting sick room was to much bad smell we ask the person behind the counter show us other room but same thing same condition no any food for eat around the area no milk around for baby's no taxi service they need 40 euro to just come there then what ever more going to be and takes hour to come there any taxi no ac in the rooms ask for no smoking room but they provide smoking smell room which my wife got sick then throwing up all night with migraine we ask guy if we need to cancel the room he told us wait for next morning for manager comes by 8am we could not sleep cause they not told us they also offer free party outside the building more then 10 peoples was playing music by the main entrance they was too loudly with music making noises with cars and doing pee by that area we was there for 2 days to njoy you can njoy but have to sleep and we cant next morning we went to front desk so we can talk to manager that lady was awful just straight no we cant refund no way they we ask her name so we can complain her and she not provide her name then other guy came and said we have to go thru site we book from we did and email them back we recommend to anyone not go to that place we hope we can get our money back,
