Das ist kein Hotel, das ist ein Asylheim. Wir hatten teilweise richtige Angst. In der Nacht nur Lärm, knallende Türen, alkoholisierte Menschen. Unfreundlich! An der Rezeption saßen irgendwelche Menschen, kein Englisch nur Französisch. Von Freitag auf Samstag stand auf einmal in der Nacht eine fremde Person im Zimmer. Durch eine nichtverschlossene Zwischentür. Ich will für meinen Aufenthalt mein Geld retour. Dieser Aufenthalt hat alles verdorben! MfG Erich Gutenbrunner

I really like the flexibility of doing the check in and the fastest to get in, after a long time flight.The only thing to change is to do it a better cleaning floor, specifically close to your bed & include a small soap to washing your hands on your private room

Horrible, cauchemar, cafards et pas conforme.

Hôtel insalubre, délabré, sale, rempli de cafards.. Aussi, nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois (un grand lit et un lit simple) et avons eu une chambre pour deux ! Nous avons dû dormir à trois avec notre fils dans un même lit, car plus d’autres chambres disponibles alors que réservé depuis près d’un mois. Il y avait des cafards (photos), cela sentait mauvais, le sol n’était ni lavé ni aspiré, de l’urine sur les toilettes… et une des serviette était sale ! Un cauchemar. Il était minuit passé et la personne a l’accueil, très gentille et aussi démoralisée que nous, n’a pas pu trouver d’autre solutions. Le parking était squatté par des véhicules cassés, et des gens dormaient et vivaient visiblement dedans .. bref un cauchemar pour nous et notre fils.

Bien que j'ai réservé, l'hotel a attribué ma chambre a une autre personne, j'ai du attendre plus de 30mn avant de trouver une solution. L' établissement est sale, bruyant i, avec des attroupement sur le parking, une odeur de stupéfiants qui émane du parking et des chambres,un petit déjeuner scandaleux avec des croissants secs et juste un café! Hotel A fuir, plus jamais de Première Classe!

Très très sale

C'est un hotel sale. L'accueil est moyen aucun sourire, du personnel pas désagréable mais vraiment pas au niveau que devrait être l'accueil d'un hôtel. L'hôtel est sale, interieur et extérieur. Cest un hotel social. Il y a des carcasses de voitures, sur le parking, pleines d'objets divers dans lesquels les rats se promène. Je pense que cet hôtel ne devrait pas être ouvert à une clientèle exterieur. On comprend mieux le prix bas. A éviter.

Pour dépanner ou quand on ne peut pas faire autre.

Hôtel plutôt miteux dans son état. L'accueil est agréable. L'état de l'établissement est vraiment vieillissant voire abîmé à certains niveaux ; la propreté des parties communes est bof ; celle des chambres correcte. l'insonorisation est mauvaise, ce qui est embêtant car les allées et venues des résidents sont incessantes et peu discrètes. Le parking et l'accès à l'hôtel est fermé par un portail qui s'ouvre avec un code, ce qui est sécurisant.

C’est vraiment dommage car il y a du potentiel ! Le personnel est accueillant et essaye de faire au mieux mais ça reste décevant, ça ne mérite même pas les 60€ à la nuit vraiment!! 1er nuit il n’y avais pas le lit de prévu pour mon bébé, des taches de punaises de lit sur les draps… des cafards !!!!! Fin vraiment les 3 nuits les plus perturbante que j’ai jamais fais, l’équipe nous a changer de chambre pour une plus grande mais ne restait pas moins propre que la précédente de plus les cafards étais toujours là, elle nous a offert le petit dej c’était sympa mais ça nous a pas fais oublier les soucis désagréables… je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Es ist sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, der Service ist hilfsbereit und nett. Der Parkplatz ist verschlossen, auf dem Gelände. Und dazu, im Preis vom Zimmer enthalten. Somit Kostenlos. Wie es so schön heißt. Ich habe das Frühstücksangebot nicht genutzt. Ich war am Tage unterwegs und Abends wieder da. Fehrseher vorhanden. Aber nur französische Kanäle. Ich denke ca. 40 an der Zahl. Für einen Trip nach Paris. Um schlafen und duschen zukönnen. Ausreichend. Sauberkeit vorhanden. W-Lan bricht gern ab. Ich war in der 2. Etage. Keine hohen Ansprüche stellen. Trifft es wohl gut. Wer nicht ohne viel Platz und Klimaanlage auskommen kann, ist hier falsch.

Portail fermé à mon arrivée, le bouton signalant la présence de quelqu'un est visiblement défectueux. J'ai du entrer et demander à ce qu'on m'ouvre le portail en laissant mon véhicule gêner les éventuelles arrivées/départ pour le parking. Dès mon entrée dans le hall de la réception, l'hôtel est TRES BRUYANT, des enfants courants partout, des poussettes gênant le passage à chaque couloir. Bruits incessant de personnes courant, sautant, criant quelque soit l'endroit où vous vous trouvez dans l'hotel (y compris dans la chambre). Point positif, le petit déjeuner bien plus copieux, bien plus de choix que dans les autres hôtels de la marque.

A éviter après une journée de travail !

Accueil chaleureux. Après malheureusement, cet hôtel n'en a que le nom. Plus accueil social pour familles défavorisées qu'hôtel ! L'impression que j'étais une des rares "vraies" clientes ! Cris et pleurs d'enfants tard dans la soirée, odeurs de cuisine dans la chambre vers 22h car les occupants de chambres voisines devaient cuisiner. Enfin bref, après une journée de travail, vraiment pas le lieu pour se détendre et se reposer ! Plus hôtel social qu'hôtel ! Il ne devrait même plus figurer sur hôtels.com car il ne remplit pas les conditions d'un hôtel digne de ce nom, même pour un hôtel Première classe !
