We only stayed one night here but the room was lovely and very clean. It was a comfortable bed. Our welcome was nice and the breakfast was ample (eggs, bacon, crepe along with viennoiseries, yogurt and cereal. A few restaurants walking distance. Right on the water, beach town close proximity to Juno Beach.

Perfect spot

This was a beautiful hotel with the kindest and most helpful staff. Very accommodating when we had to come in late. Wish we could have stayed so much longer.

The check in and out process was pleasant and simple. The hotel was updated, spacious and staff was friendly. It was a quiet stay, windows just need to be open because there is no air conditioning.

The hotel has a nice location and staff overall is nice except the owner who was rude because we had some delay for check out. It was not necessary to be so rude and it really wasted our stay despite the overall nice hotel.

There was no one onsite after 9 pm at night. The hallway lights at night going to and from room I had to turn on myself, big safety issue in my opinion. These light should be on at all time and shouldn't have to be turned on by the customer. There was no amenities in the room, no coffee or tea. there were only 3 plug ins. I in the my bedroom and it was hidden behind a night stand the other two in the bathroom. There was no plug in by the desk.

Bon séjour

Bon hôtel , plutôt satisfaite de notre séjour. Quelques détails à améliorer , les serviettes de douche trop petites , la tuyauterie fait énormément de bruit, quand on tire la chasse ou allume la douche cela fait un bruit atroce donc on entend aussi les voisins quand ils vont aux wc ou à la douche. L’insonorité aussi n’est pas top , beaucoup de réveils dans la nuit à cause de ça. Sinon la chambre était très propre, la vue est magnifique et le personnel sympa. Le restaurant est bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui est assez complet. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Overpriced

Toilet på værelset så lille, at man ikke kunne sidde ned på toilettet. Bruser sprøjtede alle andre steder hen end på den, der badede. Dårlig seng, der konstant skubbedes bort fra hovedgærdet. 3 stjerner og hverken Cleenex eller bodylotion. Mandlig personale (også i restauranten) var travle og ikke venlige. Maden var dog fin, uden at være overdådig. Morgenmaden tarvelig til prisen. To little value for money
