Our ferry into Caen arrived late. We were then stuck in traffic and so arrived after 22:00. Reception hasn’t waited for us. We lost our money and had nowhere to sleep, with 2 children. All hotels were full. Will never book this hotel again when we travel to Caen with the afternoon ferry.

On arrive le soir vers 21h 05 la dame a la cueil pas tres gentille. Elle nous montre la chambre dehors le chemin pour acceder pas éclairé. La chambre a l'extérieur. On rentre dans la chambre par terre pas nettoyer la salle de bain pas propre et ça sentait mauvaise les serviettes avec une odeur pas bien je ne le conseil pas l'endroit horribles

Séjour agréable, la dame de l'accueil sais gentiment proposée de ce levé 1h plus tôt pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre, la petite bouilloire avec quelques dosettes de café très bien, juste un peu de bruit lmavec la route juste à côté dommage.

Trop cher pour les prestations offertes

Hôtel bien tenu et personnel charmant mais chambre sans climatisation et salle de bain extrêmement exiguë. Très faible hauteur sous plafond pour la douche avec une douchette qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de tapis de bain. Aucun équipement dans la salle de bain à l’exception d’une serviette de taille moyenne. (Pas de mouchoirs, pas de petite serviette). WC tellement exiguës qu’il faut s’asseoir de biais. Une personne de grande taille ne peut pas les utiliser. Petit déjeuner en supplément à 12 euros par personne, enfant au même tarif. En conclusion, trop cher pour les prestations fournies.
