Tuvimos muy mala experiencia. La chapa del baño se cayó, salieron cucarachas y se hizo un cobro extra por toalla manchada de maquillaje, el personal fue muy grosero.

La habitación solo para pasar la noche, no servia el internet, el agua caliente tardo 10 minutos en salir y creo que no es correcto tirar tanta agua para que salga caliente, la ropa de cama y los muebles son muy viejos, no tiene estacionamiento en el mismo edificio y se tiene que caminar media cuadra para llegar.

Las instalaciones cumplen... Aunque no me gustó que me hayan dado una habitación con ventilador, cuando me habían ofrecido una habitación con aire acondicionado. Y según yo, por el precio pagado, había contratado una habitación con aire acondicionado. Por lo que no estoy contento y reclamo reconsideración del precio pagado por una habitación que no cubre mis expectativas así proporcionadas ante Expedia.

No dejaban de aparecer cucarachas en el baño, fue muy incómodo. Además las toallas de baño se veían sucias. Por último, es desagradable que sigan existiendo las puertas entre habitaciones y se escuché todo el ruido de los vecinos de a lado.
