We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made us feel relaxed right away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt warm, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. We would definitely love to come back again!

The room was nice clean and spacious, you can see the luxury as soon as you enter, the staff were very helpful and friendly, pools were big but I complaint is that the biggest one wasn’t heated, beach was right next to the hotel making it a plus but overall I’ve really enjoyed the experience

Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10.

This place was amazing! The views were great and peaceful. It was super clean and staff were amazing. The only issue is that the pools and hot tub close right before dark. It would be nice if they were open in the evening.

Nice all inclusive hotel

When we booked the hotel we totally missed that it is an all inclusive resort. Normally it is not our preferred type of hotel but we were positively surprised in general. The room was nice, the free drinks didn't give too much headache, most personnel was nice (some exceptions behind the bars and the reception). A little bit too much action by the pool with water gym etc. But overall we had some good days here

From our arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail that set a positive tone for our visit. The check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to quickly start enjoying the resort’s amenities. The accommodations were elegant and comfortable, with the room being spotless, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked minibar, added to our enjoyment. The resort’s facilities were excellent. The swimming pools were clean and inviting, and the spa offered a peaceful retreat with expert treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the resort was a highlight, with a great variety of cuisines, all expertly prepared. Each meal was memorable, thanks to attentive service and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The hospitality from all staff members was exceptional. Le niveau de finition des chambres ainsi que leur propreté est somme toute relative. Le personnel, hormis une ou deux exceptions, n’était pas des plus souriant, accueillant ou avenant; nous avions la sensation de les déranger. Le personnel, le restauration manque cruellement d’organisation, rien ne suit. Alors certes, c’est les vacances mais courir après les serveurs afin de pouvoir récupérer des couverts pour manger ne fait pas trop partie du concept de détente par exemple..

Vi hade den mest fantastiska semestern på The V Luxury hotel. Personalen var riktigt trevliga, hjälpsamma och serviceinriktade med ett leende. Receptions personalen lyssnade på oss och fixade allt så vi fick ha en trevlig semester. Rummet städades rent varje dag och allt fanns på plats. Vi blev uppgraderade till panoramic suite med en fantastisk havsutsikt. På huvudrestaurangen finns massor av mat för olika smaker, grönsaker och frukt samt en trevlig efterrätts bord. Vi blev uppvaktade av kökschefen Moustafa som frågade varje dag om vad vi tycker om maten. Stranden var riktigt fantastisk, Havet såg härligt ut med lång grund som passar barnfamiljer. Det fanns mycket plats på stranden men vill man sitta längst fram måste man komma tidigt, tyvärr bokades de bästa platserna tidigt på morgonen. Stort poolområde med mycket plats och vattenrutschbana för barnen. Trevlig underhållning med träning på dagen och musik på kvällen. Jätte trevligt animation team. Ett stort tack till discojockeyn, Mariam och Esther som uppmärksammade vår bröllopsdag och firade oss. Sista kvällen var det egyptisk tema på middagen med grill och egyptisk mat och musik och alla var nöjda och glada.
