Room is clean and staff is friendly. They don’t speak English ver well so I encounter some friction here and there. More staff training is desired. They forgot to put in some charges and after checkout they went outside when I was loading my baggage and I need to pay again. Overall, acceptable service. Recommend breakfast for the stay. Omelette in the morning heals.

Property is well maintained, spa is beautiful and very large. Hotel is on main road and next to all restaurants and shopping areas….very accessible…breakfast has lots of choices and is well stocked. Beds and pillows are very comfortable… Rooms and washrooms are bit cramped. There are no microwave in the room, it should be there for a hotel in this class. Overall, very nice and comfortable stay….

Had great one night stay. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, used in the evening and early morning. Breakfast was great and really enjoyed our dinner in Boefish. Great wine recommendation and fries were yummy!

Daily spa access was a highlight, especially after a day spent hiking. BoeFish's culinary experiences were top-notch, and the lobby wine dispensary added a sophisticated touch. The attentive front desk staff ensured our motorcycle seat stayed dry. Our stay was fabulous! Quebec, Canada's hospitality sets an exceptional example.

We called frontdesk to ask if we could sit in the breakfast area to grab a bit to eat our dinner (every restaurants were full, had no option). Front desk said yes, so we ordered some chicken. When the food got there the frontdesk said we could not sit there anymore, we had to est our food sitting on our bed. Stupidly bad services. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty, room was ok but noisy. Overpriced hotel for what they offer. Wish marriott had an hotel there…

Our room was clean, attractive and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were of good quality. I appreciated the complementary robes. The towels were large but not especially soft. Breakfast was quite good-much better than the usual hotel breakfast. Room service was prompt. The was an unusual odor in the hallway outside our room that was slightly unpleasant but this was a minor issue.

Plenty of unmarked parking spaces, so everyone parks as they please occupying big spaces randomly. A/C in our room didn’t work and had to buy a fan at the Walmart across the street. Breakfast attendants were nice and helpful.

Quality of bedroom bedding/towels etc very high. Coffee making facilities adequate but could do with more sugar/cream. Free breakfast again could be of a higher quality as most of the cooked items were not hot. Restaurant good quality, well run, whilst staff tried very hard on the whole, bilingual ability with English was somewhat lacking especially at entry to the restaurant. Lastly, overall happy, location was somewhat unexpected. If you fancy a garden centre and Walmart as you direct views and neighbour this is for you.
