The view on the terrasse is incredible! The restaurant is good. Their is a fire pit and Jacques kept us warm with the fire at night. Dogs are welcome! The room had 2 comfortable double beds and we loved the chairs outside the room to get some sun! We will be back!

Clean room that are freshly renovated. Everything was working perfectly well. No breakfast included but there's a restaurant linked to the hotel with a gorgeous view on the Lac St-Jean. Beautiful Sunsets as well. Highly recommend especially for the price. Good bang for your buck!!

I liked the location and the door outside feature...loved that my vehicle could be parked outside my room. The toilet upon check in, in my room was dirty and the bar toilet was dirty. My shower needed to be cleaned upon arrival. My greeting from the bar area was aggressive. The food was good, the drip coffee just ok. The bed was comfortable.

I love the place, and the room is very spacious esp for the family, my children was just offset because the pool is not available for use, but the rest are all good especially the staff in the reception very accomodating, I will recommend this to my friends and when we come back , we will stay again in this hotel.

Expedia showed the room views towards the Saguenay River but we got our room in a different building facing residential area. Room was a bit dated but clean and beds are comfy. Free parking next to the room with easy access to the car. It was the only hotel accepting dogs for a very reasonable fee. Overall this place offers amazing value for money.

We stayed here on the last day of a week-long bike trip to the Lac St. Jean/Saguenay region. Didn't really use any of the amenities, as it was chilly & rainy that evening & we didn't use the pool, drink at the bar, or dine at the resto. Staff were courteous & the room was great, bed was very comfortable. I'm not sure the benefit of the river view from the 2nd floor balcony was worth having to lug our heavy luggage up one flight of stairs (there is no elevator option). There is a nice indoor/outdoor tiki bar overlooking the river, serving as a magnet for young folk on a Friday night, but that's not our jam & it apparently never occurred to the DJ spinning tunes till 10 p.m. that some guests might not enjoy the loud music instead of getting some rest. Not sure I'd recommend this motel over places in downtown Chicoutimi, to be honest.
