Nice place, pool was freezing couldn’t even stand with feet on first stair, no wash cloths in bathroom and only 2 hand towels otherwise it’s a nice motel

For the amount of money I paid it was horrible will never stay there again you can hear everyone and everything plus I had to put $300 deposit down for a trash hotel I slept barely and left 2 hours before check out never again but to mention the roof was leaking in the lobby.

Our bed had blood and bandaid wrappers on the sheets. The oven door was hanging off. The door stopper behind the entry door is broken and knocked into the wall. The pull out bed had a beer tab in it. Overall extremely unhappy with our stay

The couch looked pretty worn and dirty. Same for the pullout bed. I wish the listing had the sizes of the beds. I assumed it was a Queen, but it was much smaller. There is not enough room for two tall adults on the bed. The shower drained slowly, and there was no bathroom fan. The rooms are large and pretty soundproof. The work area had plenty of space for several monitors. Breakfast was great, workout room was fine.

So the staff and manager were really great, but the housekeeping was shockingly poor. It was so filthy in the bathroom, that we purchased our own cleaner and sponges. The furniture was stained with large holes, there was popcorn all over the floor when we got there, and the kitchenette cabinets were barely hanging on the hinges. At least I he beds were comfortable I guess.

I love staying at Towne Place Suites because of the two bedroom option. We had three tvs and only one would allow us to actually watch television. The other two would not let us exit the Bonvoy advertising video. It was awful. Caleb tried to help us to no avail.

This place needs work!

The carpet in the public areas is very stained and needs to be replaced. The couch in our room was stained and the pullout mattress was very stained, had holes and SMELLED. The shower took about 20min to drain after the water was turned off. The staff was friendly but nonchalant about these issues. They just said they would have maintenance look at it. No offer to move us or discount our stay.

Will not stay at this property again

The hotel needed serious cleaning and updating. The carpeting throughout the hotel, in the elevator, hallways and rooms, was extremely stained and dirty. The couch in the room was also stained and filthy. The stainless steel refrigerator was dented and marred. Cabinets were chipped. Walls were dirty. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We were quite disappointed in the condition of a Marriott property. Will not stay there again.
