Very nice staff! Room was very nice. So quaint and relaxing. Very nice location and walkable to so many shops, sites and restaurants. Breakfast is lacking though and the only thing I could find any fault with.

As a first time visitor to Frankenmuth I found this to be a great location. The property was very clean and secure. I truly enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. The free breakfast had many options and ample seating. Also enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio overlooking the Cass river. Many stores and eateries within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Our stay was lovely! Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean and quiet. David at the front desk was a pleasure! The happy hour reception is a nice perk but could use an upgrade. The offerings do not meet the stature of the hotel.
