The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean & accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offered lots of choices. The hotel is in a good location right off of the highway and a short drive away from the outlet mall and Frankenmuth!

I have to say the this was one of the most pleasant experiences at a hotel. We just took a quick one night trip to get away to Frankenmuth and stayed in nearby birch run. From the two individuals at the front desk to friendly housekeeping staff to even being greeted by the General Manager at breakfast it was a great stay.

Room was nice and clean! Biscuits and gravy was pretty good! The self-serve coffee machines in the lobby that grind and brew your coffee fresh were definitely a pleasant surprise. I’m used to hotels having stale coffee that’s been sitting on a hot plate, but the coffee at this location was very fresh.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and had king pillows for the king bed, instead of bunch of little standard pillows which we don't like so the king pillows were a plus. Check out was at 11 which is nice later than most hotels which helped because there was a winter storm and that late check out helped us wait for roads to get plowed.
