Clean room , comfortable bed, but it was difficult to rinse off soap at the sink or shower. Had to spend several minutes in the shower to rinse off the soap. Not sure if it was the soap or the water being too soft. Would stay there again.

Front desk staff were great to work with. They explained the situation regarding the outdoor pool prior at check-in and how they're waiting on corporate to remove the outdoor pool mention from the website. Fitness Room was OK, could use an actual bench, not something that looks like it came from someone's grandma's house circa 1935. May need to address some routine maintenance on the cardio equipment. Indoor pool was nice - no issues here Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom a little cramped, but no issues. pretty large room fridge as well, compared to previous properties I've stayed in.

There are two people who provided great customer service Raymond and Aundra!!! This was a horrible place to stay no housekeeping or clean sheets and not towel replacements!!!! The front desks has wrong notes and training to provide great customer service, the GM has horrible customer service I will never stay at this location again, it seems they can’t keep workers at this location just horrible
