The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The rooms were very clean. The pool / whirlpool area was clean and very relaxing. Restaurant was also very good with amazing staff. I purchased the breakfast voucher for my wife and I when booking the hotel. It is definitely a plus in the morning for the breakfast buffet or an item from their breakfast menu, a choice for each guest with a voucher. We would definitely stay there again.
