“This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will.”

“It is a reasonably comfortable stay in somewhat outdated facility. The location is good, the hotel us surrounded by picturesque woods with a brook running through them. The room was ran down and old but spacious. Kitchen and the refrigerator was a big help. The breakfast was very basic for Armenia.”

“The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.”

“The property located conveniently about 22-25 mins from the airport. The price per stay is affordable and ok if you just need to sleep somewhere instead of the airport bench. The room has only bed and shower; no coffee machine or fridge. There are multiple areas where the wallpaper came off and need maintenance attention.
