Generous amenities, staff are polite and professional, airconditioning is centrally managed and set quite warm. Your options are off, low, medium, high and for airflow only, not temperature, so we turned it off and opened the window. Lots of scuffs on the wall but did not affect usability or comfort. Bed is very soft and slightly sags in the top half.

I could smell cigarette smoke about the first room I was shown, even though it was a non-smoking room. The room also had several areas where the wallpaper was peeling. I asked the hotel staff to change that room. The hotel staff responded to my request promptly and courteously. So I have a good impression of the hotel staff. However, what is disappointing is the hotel facilities. Perhaps if the hotel facilities were better maintained, all guests would have a more pleasant stay.

The room was tiny, but that's to be expected at an APA hotel. The bathroom felt a bit dated, but everything worked fine. There wasn't much of a view, but I mostly kept the curtains pulled anyway. I was able to plug my Switch into the TV, so that's nice. Plenty of places to eat nearby. There were two elevators, and I almost never even had to share one. I didn't find an electrical outlet in the bathroom, so I had to use an extension cord to use my electric shaver. The coin laundry was a hugely-overpriced waste of time; it cost 100yen per 10 minutes to use the dryer, and after an hour the clothes had barely reached the point of "at least they're not damp anymore." (So that's 500yen for the washer plus 600yen for the dryer.) Compare that with the laundromat I've been using lately in the US where the dryer is free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, takes 11 MINUTES and gets things VERY dry. APA hotels: There are FAR better coin dryers out there, if you'll look for them. (Google "Wavemax.")

It's inexpensive and the staff is friendly, but the rooms are tiny, basic and in mediocre condition. If you need to be in the area - which is far from downtown - it will get the job done on a budget.

ホテルの場所が駅前の好立地と言う事もあり、ホテル前の駐車場は常に満車です。 ですが、徒歩圏内に24時間1,100円前後の駐車場が幾つもあるので全く困りません。 部屋は経年劣化による傷や汚れは気になるものの、 全体的に綺麗で清潔で文句なしです。 また、アパホテル特有のペットボトルのお水サービスがあるのが地味に嬉しいです。 周りには飲食店、スーパー、カラオケ店や映画館（娯楽）なんでもあるので遊びでもご飯でも時間を潰すのに全く困らないと思います。 １階のエレベーター横に電子レンジと自動販売機がありました。

橋本駅から徒歩3分の便利さと、スタッフの皆様が親切で、雨の日のチェックインにタオルを準備して下さって助かりました。 夜まで開いてる居酒屋やコンビニも近くにあり便利です。ホテル向かいと横にも、居酒屋があり、焼売や魚介類の料理がとても美味しかったです。今回は利用しませんでしたが、 館内にももちろんお食事ができるスペースはあります。 お部屋も特に気になる箇所は無くて、アメニティも万全で、アパホテルはとにかくリーゾナブルで、 3日間快適に過ごせました。
