The staff was helpful and friendly! We had an issue with the shower in one of the rooms but they were able to come in and fix it for us and provided additional towels when needed. The rooms and common areas were clean and the location was prime for first time NYC tourist spots!

The hotel was super clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable, nespresso machine, NA drinks and water in the fridge as part of the resort fee, and a clothes steamer was a welcome amenity in the room!
I got put in one of the specially designed artist rooms which was fun - even though it was on 2nd floor and facing the street the noise wasn’t too loud at night!

Breakfast was amazing, found a half filled water bottle in the room that was used, room service was not that good.
