Vacations Close To Saddle Creek Golf Club

Best staff ever! Especially Hubert and Anabel. Clean rooms. Breakfast had good variety; however hot food was not hot.

We reserved 2 rooms. One was still being cleaned when we arrived which is fine as we were early checking in. When it became available, the room was clean but the cleaning products smell was very overwhelmingly unpleasant. It smelled so much lemon in the room that I had to put a shirt or towel over my nose and mouth. Overall the rooms, staff and hotel were excellent.

Our room was beautiful - but beware if traveling with someone you don’t want seeing you shower - all glass right off bedroom. Our shower was leaking onto the floor so we reported that. Otherwise everything was wonderful - best staff in a hotel we have had in a long time and beautiful surroundings; about 4 blocks to Broadway !!!

Located by Music Row, lobby is impressive. Food and drinks at the downstairs lounge were great. Room was large, bathroom was huge. Like the slider provided to divide the bathroom from room. Roof top pool was nice, but gets very crowded. Staff didn't replenish the pool towels often, so common to get into an elevator with wet floors. Overall really nice stay, staff for the most part were helpful and easy to stay engaged.

Everything was great! The host’s communication was amazing, constantly checked in and made us feel very welcome! The place is very clean and great! Very close to broadway! Easy check in and check out process

Paid for a room, then surprised with a $250 security hold, $58 to park (cheaper to pay $1/hrs at meter), and no breakfast. Even cooler in lobby empty. Had to wait 30 min for valet at drop off AND pickup. Bathroom had 1 light over toilet but bo lighting for the mirror; you provide a "makeup " towel but ain't no one doing their makeup in the dark. Additionally complimentary products all very masculine which again was not women friendly Barely touched room and left very clean and charged after left for an expense they hid again
