I wasn't able to get in or contact the owners. They kept forwarding my number and there was no check in instructions. The house looked abandoned and had a sign with faces saying to call the police on them if ever seen. Lost $73 on a rundown property

I show up and on the post it said i will be emailed the codes to the door. I never got that until i called them. The number did not work. The person living next door let me in. Was not met there by the host even the post said they would meet me there. Immediately the place was dirty. Holes in the wall. Wires coming out of the wall. Dust everywhere. Yard unkempt. Smells. Stains in the bathroom. Place was a wreck and did not like the stay.

I was not charged my booking price! Beware as it was stated to me by a Whole Family staff member that bookings for multiple beds/ guests isn’t an option, even though that’s what my booking confirmation said. So I ended up paying nearly $286 even though my booking price with Orbitz was $215.46. Orbitz customer service said I had to go through the Whole Family rep and the rep from Whole Family said I had to take it up with Orbitz. I won’t be staying here or booking with Orbitz EVER AGAIN.

The Sky Room Suite is a child's room. Your Room is actually a bunk on a bunk bed. That is not visible from the advertisement.
