Happily surprised. Very clean. Looks recently remodeled. Room has new furnishing and white linens. Free parking and breakfast. Great price. Most hotels of this quality are double the price. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. The property is well maintained and the room is clean and spacious. The kitchenette is great. It is not a luxury hotel but has all elements of a perfect stay. I would definitely return. P.S. The breakfast was nothing to be excited about. We will probably skip it next time and make breakfast for ourself in the room.

This is by no means a negative review of individuals working but more of whomever is responsible for oversight of standards and making sure they are met. None of the TV’s worked due to “network” issues. We found several clothing items in the room from whomever stayed there before, on top of a roughly 3 or 4 day old watermelon drying out in the fridge 1/4 of which had been cut away. Overall I would say they are trying to look high end without any effort or financial attempt to actually be high end

We arrived to a reservation made 4 months ago for this hotel at 1030pm and there is no hotel, the hotel is currently under construction. They are building it.

On the first stay. The in-room coffee machine did not have a pot, and the bedside lights did not work. No one was available to correct the issues. On the second stay. The in-room heat pump took all day to come up to temp. There was no one to correct the issue.

Located in a very noisy area. Considering that it is such a new property, it is located in a location that is not very desirable, close to the noise of the freeway, and the entrance to the hotel is a difficult one to enter. The arrangement of the room was not very good. I was unable to watch television from my bed since the television was positioned in an inconvenient manner. In light of the fact that this is one of the more pleasant hotels in the vicinity, I would prefer to travel for an additional 25 minutes to reach a hotel that is less noisy. One of the few positive aspects of this place is that the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was quite kind.

BED BUGS! By the time I arrived home the following day, I started seeing red bumps with small blisters in the middle, all in clusters along my legs, arms and hands. I have never been attacked by bed bugs, so I was thinking these were spider bites or mosquito. After 4 days of consistently getting new bumps, I saw a doctor. The doctor diagnosed me with BED BUG BITES! According to the doctor, the bites will continue to appear for the next couple of weeks. The itch is HORRENDOUS. I am miserable. I cannot sleep, I'm paranoid now and I am afraid to stay in another hotel ever again. The doctor prescribed an oral medication and a topical one for the itch. They provide minimal relief. If you stay at this hotel, PLEASE check the beds for bed bugs. If you don't, you will be sorry. The photos I have attached are ONE WEEK after my stay. The itch is driving me crazy!
