I love this hotel and look forward to staying here every time I'm in town on business. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are also well insulated so I heard absolutely nothing from the neighboring rooms. I appreciate the quiet and peaceful evironment and the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, allowing for a very restful sleep.

The first 3 floors were under construction, very confusing to navigate for being there for The first time. My room was by the elevator and noise was loud. Staff was friendly but you could tell they were uncomfortable with all the construction as well.

They were under construction so there was no restaurant, no lobby, no normal reception…. The rooms were good, clean and as expected. The gym was very nicely equipped and the pool was a nice short lap style pool.

We are very surprised that at Hotel this level the towels were very coarse very hard to dry out after the shower and very small and we only had two towels available which most hotels at this level would have at least 4 towels avaiable There was no robe available The frigo bar was absolutely 100% empty The place was under construction in renovation and it felt like we were going to a motel instead of actual hotel five star Hotel There was no room service for Food after 10:00 PM I could go on and on about how a place in full renovation should not have charged at the high price of they charged us for the room I’ll definitely not go back and I would ask anyone to check about this hotel before going if they have finished their renovation if all those items have been completed otherwise there are plenty of hotels available in the area that are much better

Can't beat the convenient location. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean. We were lucky and got a room with a lovely view. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay at The Sheraton Grand again!
