The rooms that I have stayed in have been very very clean! No bugs! Clean linen clean towels clean showers they even have shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. The TV's work. They have a microwave, a fridge. Great all around experience. Very friendly staff.

The room had a very comfortable bed and it was quiet there. Breakfast was good. Close to a few restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The only negatives were that the AC was missing the guides to control the air flow, the remote back was missing, and there was a big cockroach that I had to kill.

The room was clean, bed was clean, bathroom clean. A few dings and chips in the paint and corner edges, and some stains on the walls (needs scrubbing or re-painting). Toilet ran a bit off and on. Soap pump bottles were nearly empty. Never saw the breakfast as I was up too early.

The neighborhood is not great, lots of undesirable people, but the facilities were very good. Breakfast was sparse. Not much to choose from and supply was low, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again when I need a room in Midtown.
