Room looked great until we actually looked/pay attention. The sink handles were loose amd didn't work properly. The shower curtain rod was loose and not secure - felt like a potential safety issue. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, my room did not have hand soap or lotion to use. The decanters were both empty. In addition, the bathroom did not look clean at all. The elevator didn’t work, and half the hotel felt like a sauna while the other side was very cool. All in all, it was very disappointing.
