One of the best hotel stays ever! The hotel has preserved the historic character of an old women’s Masonic temple. Beautiful architecture! Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great and staffed by a wonderful chef/waiter. Location was excellent. About a 2 mile walk into historic waterfront / museum area. Lots of great restaurants /cafes just a half mile away. We stayed here while watching crew races at lake natoma just 20 min drive away. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location.. the valet staff and the system they use is the best!! Front staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was VERY large, comfortable beds and linens. I do wish there was black out curtains but that’s my only issue with our room - so not Much to complain about! Will stay here again.

The building is historic and well-maintained with a friendly staff. It is surrounded by Victorian style houses in the neighborhood. The hot breakfast was good. The room is clean and spacious. Although, the parking on the premises is only by valet parking with a little bit higher fee. Meter parking is nearby.

Very clean, very large and well appointed room. Very quiet with really comfortable bed. Shower and bath very clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices set out in a beautiful room. The hotel is in a historic building, with new addition for rooms, right across from Sutter's Fort State Historic Park in center Sacramento. Good place to walk with lots of shade trees. Nearby there are many options for eating. The state capitol with lovely gardens is very close. There is street parking nearby. We will return when we visit Sacramento relatives again.
