Pleasant stay for short term

Very pleasant hotel. The staff is friendly and it is in a quiet area. My only caveat is the number of displaced people in the general vicinity, but this is something outside of the hotel's control.

This place is my go to in Sacramento

I stay here regularly. It’s quiet, the staff is always friendly and helpful, it’s a very convenient location. I plan to stay here any time I visit friends and family in the future.

I didn't ask for the breakfast, but coffee was ready at 6:00 AM and staff was friendly and welcoming (Tina and Breanna). The room was really clean, and the air conditioner was on (it was 90+ degrees outside).

At first, we chose this location for convenience and cost. The main highway access is a huge green flag. At first all was well until the last night tho. We found cockroaches upon our return to the room at night, this is definitely a concern that was brought up to management and requested a room change as well. The new room was a bit smaller and started having issues with AC unit. Honestly gave up at that point as it was our last night and we where exhausted. Would give new opportunity if I'm in the area but the property needs to be maintained a bit more for a minimum.

I appreciate the staff members and the hotel if my assumption is correct that this property helps house the unhoused for period of times. I just didn’t realize the people in the room next door would be making so much noise in the middle of the night.
