I think the hotel was nice, I seen a lot of negative reviews so it makes you kind of doubt your decision but honestly it’s super chill, super huge property so the A/C doesn’t blow the hardest but it still keeps the room cool. Cookies are good too

Our room was very nice, clean & well-appointed. Our check-in was great and we especially appreciated the bellman!! Subsequent dealings with the front desk were not so great. Some staff didn’t seem interested or well-trained in customer service. The dining & bar experiences were top notch!! We were disappointed to see some of the outdoor spaces under-utilized & maintained.

as we walked into the lobby to check in there was a lot of people walking around , it felt like a casino. This place looked like a large apartment complex, there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. They also have an event center, the music was loud and people going in and out of this event. We got a room on first floor, because my mom is disabled, it was quiet a walk to get to any room this is how big these place is. Despite all of the above of the were rooms were clean, once we got in the room you we could not hear all the noise.
