However, from the moment we checked in, Marissa completely changed our experience with her friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. She ensured our entire party was comfortably accommodated, and we were pleasantly surprised by our newly remodeled room, which was spotless and inviting. Our family had a wonderful stay at the University Hotel-Davis Area by IHG. From the moment we arrived, everyone on staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax after long days out. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast selection — there were so many great options each morning, and everything was fresh and well stocked. We also really appreciated having access to the laundry facilities. Being able to wash clothes during our trip and not bring piles of dirty laundry back home made such a difference for our family. A very special thank you to Lucy, who truly stood out during our stay. They were so kind and attentive, and the delicious cookies they bake became something our entire family looked forward to every time we returned to the hotel. Those little touches made the experience feel extra special and memorable. Thank you again to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area!
