Wonderful staff! Plus the location is very convenient to surrounding attractions. The rooms are always fresh and clean. I highly recommend! I stay there every time I fly up from Texas. It's only a few minutes from the University of New England.

My main reason for the “okay” rating was the shower has poor water pressure. The place is very dated. Staff was friendly. Parking and location great. Bed comfortable. I would not stay again because of the shower.

Large hotels don't want to do gʻhousekeeping every day since covid . You have to request it or go pick up your own tolit paper, towels etc. Not at Brookside Cottages . We did not have to ask for anything they just did it like it should be. Clean bathroom and room. Very quiet . No body disturbing you. We were there for three nights as we went to the two day car show. For the price highly recommended, no bad surprises.

It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach
