Amazing stay at the Arc en Ciel! We had a room facing the side of the hotel, which was super quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff attends to every need. We also had dinner one night, again best food ever and amazing service. Highly recommend the Arc en Ciel to all of you travelers!

Absolutely stunning property in Gstaad. The setting is serene and the entire town easily walkable. The pool is wonderful and even offers an option to enable an endless lap swim current; such a plus for swimmers hoping to relax AND get some exercise too. The jets along the pool edge are a bonus. We had a huge room with two bathrooms, and the comfortable layout and balcony made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. They’ve really thought of everything design wise. Staff are welcoming and eager to make your stay a memorable one. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay. Room was clean, spotless, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - everything was tasty and prepared fresh in small batches. Staff throughout our stay was warm and friendly. We were especially impressed by our restaurant staff from Croatia - he was unfazed despite a full restaurant, gave great and thoughtful service to every table and was really polite and professional. Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure!
