Absolutely relaxing stay! With only about 25 rooms spread across massive grounds, the property feels peaceful and uncrowded. The staff without exception were extremely nice, and the food served on the terrace came with a lovely view. While the motorway is visible, it was completely inaudible during our stay.The central pool is long enough for lap swimming, but the gym was unusable for me in the summer. It is an outdoor setup with very minimalistic weight equipment (10kg max)—though it served as a good excuse to skip the workout pressure! Our room was massive, spotless, and well-air-conditioned. While it was far from the reception, main pool, and restaurant, the prompt and friendly golf buggy service made getting around effortless. Overall, a great experience!

Everything about this hotel was spectacular! What an amazing place to relax and enjoy the finer things in life. Spent two nights here for a romantic birthday celebration and myself and partner couldn’t have been more pleased. Beautiful property inside and out, loved walking the gardens/landscaping. Amazing food at both restaurants (the meal at Singular Restaurant was incredible and a great foodie experience). If you can afford to stay here, you should.

Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had to try many to find some that actually have any tire pressure or working breaks.

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception, breakfast, beach pool bar, dinner in Sigular Restaurant, and housekeeping, for our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. The sunbeds are so soft, the attention to detail to have extra large pool towels is wow. Great food! Good location for key beach attractions (Playa de Muro) and in the end not that far from Palma. The pool is gorgeous. Facilities top. Ultra comfy hotel. Simply an oasis.

Beautiful property with hiking trails, great pool area m, outdoor gym, daily yoga and golf cart service to get anywhere around the property, with friendly and accommodating staff. On the downside, our room was already showing signs of wear with water marks from a leak on the ceiling of the bathroom, food at the restaurant was only ok and service was inconsistent (no one attended the pool area to replace towels or clean during the day and no servers for drinks at the pool). Our room was also not cleaned after our first night as the cleaning staff ‘missed’ it despite us putting up a sign for cleaning. Overall, while there are some very nice things about this property I would go elsewhere for the amount it costs.

This is a tricky one. The overall stay was good but for a five star category hotel a few things must be questioned. Looking at the website one would never think that the actual view from the hotel is a busy highway. If it wasn’t for the grasshoppers and their own busy sound, the sound of the highway would have probably taken over completely. As the view is extremely important for us this could better be highlighted as we probably would not have booked the hotel due to this, of course the matter of the highway is not the hotels fault. Furthermore, the bathroom shower was not completely cleaned with black hair visable after checking in and still under cleaning days. After cleaning - both days - the main door was never locked. Not ok. The pool service is not good, and unfortunately they do not offer any snacks or light food for purchase at all. Even though this could have easily been fixed. This is a big error for its 5star ranking. Apart from this the restaurant was lovely, great service and food. The rooms are also quite nice.

Our stay at The Lodge Mallorca was mixed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with nice facilities and surroundings. We also really enjoyed the boat trip arranged through the hotel, which was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Maria was often rude and unhelpful, and we felt spoken to as though we were being told off for asking questions. As visitors to Mallorca, we relied on the hotel for guidance, but our requests were met with impatience rather than hospitality. The biggest issue was the airport transfer. We asked the hotel to arrange transfers and received a confirmation email quoting €210. At checkout, we were charged €420. It was never made clear that €210 was the price per journey, not for the round trip. This felt misleading and left us feeling taken advantage of. The hotel also arranged taxi transfers to Palma city centre for around €80 each way, so the airport transfer pricing was especially confusing. Had this been explained clearly in advance, we could have made an informed choice. Overall, the hotel itself is very good, but poor front desk service and lack of transparency around transfer costs left us with a disappointing final impression.
