I am not sure if there was a pool. We asked and they said no. The staff was usually not at the desk. The rooms had a weird smell. The front steps are unavoidable but there is an elevator at the top. Good location near lake and Mixue.

Ok im going to start with the positives: 1. Located in fhe heart of Sapa (restaurants, bars, souvenir shops etc) The staff was very friendly and helpful Room fairly clean Bottled water provided Coffee/rea/ percolator provided Clean towld Cons: 1. AC was spewing only hot air in my room - cant say for other rooms 2. The shower and toilet all together- this means when you bathe the toilet seat is getting wet. A simple shower curtain can solve this 3 mold above the sink area Even though this is my experience, Im not condemning this hotel. They just need to resolve these issues

Location is its’ biggest plus. It is so close to civilization. No breakfast is not good yet still okay because lot of restaurants nearby. Just felt bad coz we were onlige to check out @ 12noon no matter how I explained that on our booking it was @ 1400. Called Expedia & compromised. All things end well.
