Chambre de l'ascenseur, on entend tous les bruits passage et cuisine. Au plafond de la chambre on entendait courir les rats. Signalé à la réception, le personnel a fait mine de ne pas comprendre ce qu'on disait (ma fille est bilingue). Hôtel non recommandable. Petit-déjeûner décevant.

Nice and helpful staff with good service

Nice view from the room window. Hotel tried their best to let us have a temporary room before the check in time. Room is so spacious and big. Don't like the bathroom as once showered, whole place get wet. Hot water tempore very stable. Bed is really too hard. I guess Vietnamese likes hard bed!😂 hotel's chef is good as he can cooks yummy food for our lunch and breakfast. Service is great as they lend us the gumboots for trekking and even helped to wash our muddy shoes. We requested to extend room till 6pm and only need to top up VND70,000. Hotel manager is really very friendly and helpful.

Good location

The location is good, but if you are there on a weekend it is loud, but quiets down about 10pm. Probably most hotels in Sapa are will be noisy since there are so many people. We stayed here after trekking so inexpensive place to stay to clean up and stay until time to leave Sapa.

観光地なので宿泊代金からして、余り期待はしていなかったのですが、一泊でしたが立地条件・従業員対応・価格全て満足しました。また行く機会が有れば是非とも利用したいと思います。ベトナムには9間滞在、ダナン・ハノイにも宿泊しましたが、あと1～2泊すれば良かった‼。
