The location was about a 10 minute walk into the main center which was nice and convenient. The deluxe double room was beautiful, so spacious, comfy bed and clean. I would 100% stay here again if I visit Sapa and recommend to all!

The customer service was excellent, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and provided quick support. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. This hotel was a wise and correct choice when I went to Sapa; everyone should book and stay here when visiting Sapa.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to the center of town. The buffet breakfast was amazing with Vietnamese and Western choices. The restaurant overlooked the valley. I had a massage followed by a Vietnamese herbal bath which was truly heavenly. The staff were always gracious and polite. My room very spacious with a marvelous valley view. I extended my stay for another 3 days because I loved this hotel. Thanks to Anna at reception, I was able to do this. She not only organized a smooth room transition while I was on a tour but also my massages. She was awesome and when I am back in Sapa in December, I plan on staying here again.

Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend!

Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated.

The service was excellent. I arrived at Sapa early in the morning after my sleeper train and the front desk arranged for early check in for me. Tyler and another male staff at front desk (did not get his name) was very helpful and friendly to serve, give recommendations and answered all my questions. They even helped to get my trousers (muddy from trekking) laundered and ready overnight. In- house massage was very good too. The hotel is on the quieter side of town up slope and walkable from the town centre. I really enjoyed my stay there and felt really at home. They made a small mistake and service recovery was excellent.

Nice hotel with bad service and bad breakfast.

The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't wanna start a day like this.

Every thing was all right, except the bathroom. It needs more hooks for hanging up bath towels. The shower room needs to have something for holding the bottles of shampoo and bath soap.
