My partner and I stayed here for two nights and were so happy with our room and the hotel location. Not too close to the city bustle and with an amazing view of the mountains and rice fields. The staff were super helpful, organising our transport to and from the hotel. After being on a sleeper train, arriving at the hotel early, they let us check in earlier to our room too, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast buffet was delicious too and we got a chance to use gym and pool.

Its located up a hill where its not as busy and quieter compared to places nearer to town. Our room has a great view. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The added touch of daily bottled water and 2 soft drinks was pleasantly unexpected. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet without the traffic

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aliana in Sapa. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything comfortable and easy. The property was also very clean, well kept, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza.
