very elegant, right near the main square in Krakow - we could just faintly hear the hourly bugle call - magic! Also very clean and well supplied.

This hotel is in the perfect central location to the main square in the old town. Everything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was lovely and big with everything you require (and more) and is cleaned daily. There is a complimentary mini bar for the soft drinks and snacks. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and heated toilet. The turndown service left a sweet on your pillow which was a nice touch. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff, from the moment you arrive at receiption you are made to feel welcome and they couldn't do enough for you. Everytime you passed any member of staff they always said hello. I want to give a special mention to Julia who checked us in and out and give an extra special mention to the concierge (man with the glasses, sorry didn't get your name), who went above and beyond making sure we were settled into our room ok and answered any questions we had. On the day we left he made sure we had a bottle of water for our journey back to the airport. Both of these members of staff are a credit to your team. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Krakow.

It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again.

The location was great and quiet at night. We liked it.

The hotel is in good location, however the room could do with a refresh ie new carpets and a quilt that fits over the whole bed instead of two separate quilts , the shower although look lovely very slippery floors and smelt bit funky ,the tea /coffee making facilities in the room a bit humble only enough for one cup or coffee and only one creamer ,probably would not class this as 4 star more a 3 star only ,also walking from the bedroom to the bathroom could slice your toe off as it has a sharp metal square edge
