Breakfast was very plentiful and tasty and the two for one happy he with cheese and biscuits was a pleasant surprise. Wasn’t aware we needed to pay £10 for parking however. This is our go to hotel in Rye now and as usual we had a lovely stay. What stands out is the staff here. The guy on reception is always so friendly and welcoming and the guy at breakfast was really helpful, I wish I knew their names. Our room was decorated really nice, a very comfortable bed and lots of teas and coffee to choose from. We will be back thank you!

Another comfortable stay at the Look Out. Really welcoming and attentive staff, clean well-equipped rooms and an excellent breakfast. Some areas of the hotel are tired (e.g. stair carpets), but overall would thoroughly recommend.
