Lovely property and great breakfast. Little under-staffed at times - left waiting to check out and felt sorry for the only waiter at breakfast as he was running between front of house and table service

Perfect hotel and location

A lovely hotel with amazing sized rooms with a small seating area outside the bedroom. Parking at the back, breakfast was perfect and the hotel is right in the centre of Rye.

Rye is a lovely town to visit particularly during the scallop festival if you like scallops. Lots of lovely restaurants and pubs and quirky shops to visit. Would highly recommend. Also the lookout hotel very comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Lovely stay in rye.

Hotel was located within a five minute walk of the town centre. Staff were really friendly and room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed, powerful shower. Breakfast choices were excellent also. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in rye.
