We absolutely loved our two night stay at Flackley Ash Country House. The staff were very kind and hospitable but not overbearing. The facilities were lovely and the food was some of the best we've had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the hotel needs to update their pictures. The Spa facilities were very old and not good! Although the staff were good , again the food let down the hotel even more. The evening meal was not good, tasteless and we weee glad we didn’t have a main meal. Breakfast, the poached egg came out hard , not soft as requested. The grounds were lovely as was the location, however, the hotel was a total letdown.

Had a great stay! Check-in was smooth, and checkout was just as easy. We stayed for one night, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout. While the rooms and amenities may benefit from a refresh, they were still in good condition. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would definitely visit again! Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Great food. Our room would benefit from refurbishment but the beds were really comfortable, it was spotlessly clean and the shower was great. Lots of parking. The public spaces were welcoming and comfortable and for warmer weather there was outdoor seating. We also went to the spa which was lovely. We're looking forward to a return visit, a very relaxing weekend. Thank you

Disappointed that the dog friendly rooms were not segregated, which resulted in barking from my adjacent room every time someone walked down the corridor. The hotel staff, front desk, health club and restaurant were very friendly. My room was very clean, tidy and furnished extremely well.
