These are not apartments. These are cabins. We stayed in the spa suit. I booked it to use the spa. Spa didnt get hot at all. Bed was average. All old furnishings. Unimpressive. Great location otherwise.

Air conditioner didn't work, the room wasn't ready and we were supposed to have the spa room but were sent a room that had people still in it. Ended up staying in a different room with no spa. No discount given.

Good location for a Sorento stay.

Our stay was in the Spa suite. The bed was sadly one of my most uncomfortable I can recall. It was made well, looked incredibly inviting but was shocking. Plenty of coffees, sugar and tea but no milk. Can I suggest popping some single serve UHT pods in the fridge/cupboard. Awoke to have a good cuppa but sadly disappointed no milk. Bring your own, otherwise an ok place but would probably look elsewhere if in the area again. I understand that there is/was no on site check-inAnother couple arrived when we did and they were unhappy with the cleanliness of the unit and we're looking for someone to sort it out.

Great location! Staff lovely to speak with. Lovely, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the shower wasn’t safe to use for my 4 year old. Fluctuated between really cold or really hot. Shower could use an upgrade. Also Kitchen sliding door blind didn’t fully close so light shines through to children’s bedroom. Otherwise a really lovely stay!

The property photos were misleading and did not reflect the actual property. The kitchen, dining and bathrooms were totally different from the photos. They also said the spa was private but in fact all other rooms surrounding the property could see us. Also upon arrival there were no gowns so we didnt use the spa, whichwas one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. They never supplied us with any gowns during our night stay, which is very disappointing and misleading. This has put me off using Wotif. The Place was run down and not what we expectedfor the price.

Great Location & Setup for Families

Great location. Great facilities for families. A little bit of maintenance required - but this has probably been overlooked while things were closed up in lockdown. Some teens did come for a party weekend- but my husband popped down to their room at 11pm and asked them to turn down their music and they were very polite in obliging.

All the basics required

These beach apartments have all the necessary basics required for a beach holiday. Located near the Nepean highway shops, it's a quick walk to get take away food, or to visit the beach. It's a drive to the supermarket, or a 20 minute bus ride. Generous toiletries are provided for one's stay. Perfect for a family with a Queen bed and two bunk sets, and one bathroom, with a high shower head that has ample water flow. The kitchen contains all the basics one might need, including complimentary coffee, tea and sugar. The Manager was quick to respond to any queries.
