We arrived at 12:08 a.m, after a 14 hour drive. We already had the room reserved for 2 nights and notified them of the time we were coming in. The gentleman said to call the number on the door when we arrived. He never answered. We had to find a new motel at/around 1 a.m. in a town if very few, it was miserable. Tina did give us an upgrade for the next night, but it didn't make up for money spent and needing a bed after the drive.
