“Not recommended: first there were issues like no hot water in room, telephone not working and non existant options on restaurant offers. But then, after checking out one day earlier of my booked stay, the hotel has decided not to refund the last night. Never seen this before, I wouldn't go there.”

“This boutique hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The small gym is surprisingly well equipped with free weights, an elliptical, and even a water rowing machine. I had several meals here, and for such a quiet and intimate place, the food was very good. I stayed twice within a week, and while I did have to ask them to adjust the hot water, everything else was just right. Overall, it’s exactly where I would choose to stay again, and I’d recommend it to others.”

“From the moment we arrived we felt safe and at home. The property has a lovely calm feel. All the staff are super helpful. Particular highlights are the cooked breakfast and the fact they serve really good coffee if you order the cafeteria. The rooms are spacious and the beds clean and comfortable. ”

“The property is in a gated community and very quiet.The backyard is beautiful! I was the only one staying that night. It's a three bedroom, three bath house with very comfortable seating areas inside and out. Staff prepared a delicious steak dinner with fresh made fries and salad. Since I was leaving early, they prepared a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay at Sunbird Guesthouse again!”
