The staff are lovely and really helpful. Really helped us with language barriers so that we could get a taxi. The rooms are perfect and you really couldn't be any closer to Europa Park. If your planning a trip then stay here.....

Alles super, Mega freundliches Personal und die Managerin hat Mega auf das parken des Autos reagiert. Frühstück war auch super toll es war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt zum Frühstück. Und die Lage ist echt Mega man geht noch nicht mal 5 min zum Europa-Park . Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Wer in den Europa-Park Rust möchte der findet hier den perfekten Ort zum Übernachten. Nette Gastgeber, gute Unterkunft, 5 Gehminuten zum Park, zudem gibt es noch Parkscheibe für den Park vom Hotel. Hat mir und meiner Tochter gut gefallen.

Das Hotel ist klein aber toll, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Wenn überhauot etwas negativ war dann das unser Rolladen am Fenster defekt war und nicht geschlossen werden konnte.Mann hätte wenigsten vorübergehend Verdunklungsvorhänge montieren könne so war es doch sehr früh hell im zimmer ind keine möglichkeit die einblicke ins Zimmer von fremden zu vermeiden.

Die Unterkunft und auch die Zimmer sind ordentlich, sauber und für Übernachtungen zum Europapark Besuch bestens geeignet. Allerdings gibt es einige negative Aspekte, die beachtet werden sollten, wenn andere Personen über diese Unterkunft nachdenken. - die Nähe zum Park und der damit verbundene Gedanke, dass man ja zum Park laufen könnte, ist nicht gegeben, da es keine Parkplätze gibt und man trotzdem mit dem Auto in den Park fahren muss bzw. sogar so geschickt wird. - die Zimmer sind ordentlich aber sehr kalt (und damit meine ich nicht nur die Temperatur sondern auch die Ausstattung). - Da unsere Heizung nicht ging, wollten wir bereits am ersten Abend jemandem Bescheid geben, aber es ist nur die Festnetznummer der Unterkunft angegeben und dort geht niemand hin. Am nächsten Morgen wurde sich dann gekümmert aber es kam auch keine Entschuldigung.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Mit der späten Anreise hat auch alles super geklappt. Würden dort immer wieder übernachten. Leider war es am Wochenende sehr warm und es gibt nur einen Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage, aber sonst super schön dort. Oben gab es eine große Terrasse wo man am Abend noch sehr schön sitzen konnte. Die Inhaberin war auch sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Wochenende
