For a 5 star hotel not to have a mini fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room is pretty bad. They did bring a mini fridge after I requested it, but it made a loud buzzing sound at night which kept me up. I asked for wine glasses; they never came. Eventually had to go get them at the bar myself. Would have also been useful if shower had a hand-held nozzle option.
