“Aircon was broken and office closed by the time I went to put it on. Literally wore two layers of clothing and a blanket. I woke up in the morning and could clearly see my breath. Second night the staff laughed and said “oh it was a very cold night I’ll show you how to turn it on” for them to realise it was broken. Also had people partying next door until 4am when I asked them to tone it down - it would have been nice if the staff had instead.”

“The receptionist was very lovely upon checking in and out.
Great facilities and location.
Room was very spacious and tidy. I would’ve given them 5 stars but the bedsheet underneath the mattress cover was very badly stained, the mattress cover was clean but they must’ve forgotten there was a dirty sheet underneath it.”

“Good location...off street parking with supermarket across road.Our unit was recently redecorated by the look and presented clean and tidy.Room serviced each day as well.Having 2 TVs was an added bonus.”
