It was a great stay and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely make the short drive into town to take a look at the Gem & Mineral museum, that was a great activity while it was raining.

Loved the pool and natural surroundings. Staff was friendly. Our room was very dated and in need of update. Patio door difficult to operate. Television did not work, no signal. Maintenance tried to fix but I don’t think there was a fix to it. Did not like the Murphy bed setup. No headboard to sit up in bed to read, watch tv. No end tables by the bed. We just felt this was a strange setup. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a two bed deluxe room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was well-stocked with pans, utensils, plates, drink ware, flatware etc. The Murphy bed was comfortable but the queen sofa bed mattress was thin and its springs were creaky. The hotel is very nice and the two restaurants served tasty food, though it was a little pricey. The exercise facility was clean and had all you would expect, the pool and hot tub were good.
