“Fantastic overnight, it was a wonderful stay with very very friendly and helpful hosts. Absolutely would come again!”

“the bathroom smelled like the pipes to the sewer were not right. the smell was there when i checked in and never went away. they don’t clean corners so there nice rooms are going to age quickly.”

“Lovely stay”

“Good”

“You get very good instructions how to find the place, keys and location. It is self check in so I didn’t meet any staff. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Some items felt less maintained like desk and small shelf were a bit wobbly. Mattress was also a bit worn out, i have problems with my back and prefer more firm mattress. Great to have access to a kitchen and loved coffee machine. It was all very clean and well appointed. Inside building nice and quiet but due to being close to a main...

“We found the Tap House to be a disappointing stay, full of contradictions. The checkin was easy and the staff friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which has a sitting area and kitchen. The room was nice but tired with dirty doors and some broken/missing fixtures (door return hanging off, cable trunking missing capping). The kitchen had a kettle and a Lor coffee maker but no tea or coffee, cups but no glasses, knives and forks but no cooking utensils (except for can opener, peeler and...

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“Nice room clean comfortable and tastefully decorated.. good hot shower ! It was a little cold in the early mornings - didn’t mange to work out the heating arrangements. Chimney breast in Chatsworth showing water ingress - we understand from the owner that this was being dealt with .. Cafes not really close enough to walk to for breakfast. It would be good if the dining room had a toaster and microwave so that it would be easy to make your own . Overall a good place to stay for visiting family...

“The room is not well kept. No enough toilet rolls and bathroom liquid soap”

“Excelente”

“Certainly not the best place to stay , some serious renovations needed , damp patches, server damp around windows, broken glass on window in bathroom .radiators need a good clean extreme build up of dust .also doors and behind toilet were filthy. Shower took forever to drain and black mould in shower. The room needs a realy good overall and not just a coat of bad paint job which it looks like they do. Lampshades and curtains Al need replacing as very dusty and nets mouldy from damp around the...

“This is not a hotel. It is a house that rents rooms out. That said, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. I was not sent check in instructions, so I had to call them when I arrived to see how to access my room.”

“Muy bueno desayuno muy pero muy completo Baño grandiisimo”
