Total Deception and frustrating

We couldn't stay there. We made the booking because they said that they accepted animals and whenx we arrived, we couldn't go in becaise our puppy. The lady on the reception was so rude and just shouting is " tje animal cannot be here, let it sleeping in your car". That was so bad, we have to leave and looking for another place in the night, dark and cold. So disappointed.

Sinceramente un auténtico placer , una agradable sorpresa , de esos pocos sitios que entre tantos consigue sobresalir de la media , llamarme la atención y estar a gusto ,desde el trato en recepción que fue agradable cercano y profesional , pasando por el trato en el meson también muy atentos al excelente estado de las instalaciones, perfecto para descansar .
