“Hi, I stayed here, and overall, everything was great. The room and everything else were good, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the laundry service.
Since I already paid for the room, I think it would be better if washing and drying clothes were included in the room price. Having to pay small additional fees each time I use the washer or dryer can be a little irritating.
In the future, when setting the room prices, it would be better to include laundry and washing in the overall room...

“The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
The location was great.
They just would not bring me a bucket to Chile the wine I bought off property. I thought that was petty”
