“No complaints at all about the property it was spotless and in a perfect location. Parking was secure and well organised. Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers...

“Absolutely Top Class Apartment. Facilities were excellent and apartment is finished to a very high standard. Great location close to the centre of Gloucester. Beds were so comfortable and the rooms spacious. Our family loved this apartment and made for a great weekend.”

“The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us.”

“I had a lovely stay here with my mum. We had the siena suite and it was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. Was really nice to have the terrace and kitchenette aswell. We recieved a warm welcome from friendly staff who helped us up to the suite with our bags. Great central location and well priced too. Would definitely recommend!”

“Looks like the listing however, the room is very dirty the washing machine is full of mold and moldy water. after leaving the room for a while you can smell the mold everywhere in the room. we booked it because it has a kitchen however the oven does not work the stove takes long time to turn on and the plates and cutlery provided was dirty room was not cleaned properly at all. it was very poor the tv aswell does not work well takes a very long time and just very old. overall good if you just...
