Superb staff, all staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Food was exquisite too every meal was fab in the Orangery and the bar. Beautiful hotel, just a short walk from Pantiles or you can catch the bus downhill. My only criticism was the taxi service provided by the hotel, they charged us 8 pounds to take us down the road to Pantiles which was overpriced. We didn't use that taxi service again.

A lovely place to stay and very attentive and interested staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable although we found it quite hot and stuffy, particularly at night. The breakfasts were lovely and service was quick. The spa wasn’t as relaxing as hoped as you had to go back down a corridor if you wanted to visit the steam room, water fountain or sauna but still lovely to do.

Great hotel, I spent a couple of days with my friend, we found it good as it was very quiet time (just before Xmas) but it was very noisy in the early morning, I could imagine in busier times is worse. Other than that we liked our break and the swimming pool and gym were a plus, we ate at the restaurant for lunch, it was good and dinner at the bar twice, we liked it all, good break!
